By accessing or using CinobiLabs ("Service"), you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
CinobiLabs is an AI-powered video creation platform that allows users to:
The Service is provided on a tiered subscription model with free and paid plans.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
You must verify your email address to access the Service.
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
One free account per person. Creating multiple free accounts to bypass limits is prohibited.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of content you upload (voice samples, images, scripts). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to deliver the Service to you.
Generated Content
Videos, scripts, and other AI-generated content are owned by you, subject to your subscription tier's usage limits. You may use them commercially.
Our Platform
CinobiLabs' design, code, branding, and AI models are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.
Important
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. Always review generated content before publishing or using commercially.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CinobiLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
