Plain English Summary
We collect your email, name, and uploaded content (voice/avatar) to provide the Service. We don't sell your data. Payments are handled by Razorpay — we never see your card details. You can delete your account anytime.
Account info: Email address, display name, and hashed password when you register.
Google Sign-In: If you use Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google's API.
AI profile data: Avatar images and voice samples you upload to create your AI persona.
Generated content: Scripts, video topics, and output files you create using the Service.
Payment info: Billing processed by Razorpay. We store only your subscription tier — never card numbers or CVVs.
Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited — used only for security and improving the Service.
We do not sell your data. Limited sharing only with:
bcrypt password hashing
Passwords never stored in plain text
Encrypted cloud storage
Files stored with server-side encryption
HTTPS everywhere
All traffic encrypted in transit
While we implement industry-standard measures, no system is 100% secure. We'll notify you promptly of any data breach affecting your account.
Account data is retained while your account is active.
Generated videos and uploaded files are retained for 30 days after job completion, then auto-deleted.
When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently erased within 7 business days.

We use localStorage to maintain your login session. We don't use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Clearing your browser storage will log you out.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us immediately at support@cinobilabs.com.
